We built Summit on a foundation of disciplined, collaborative, passionate, and thoughtful executives who truly enjoy working with clients and with one another.  Each of our professionals brings a different set of skills, yet all of our team members are driven to help our clients excel, by recognizing the realities of the business and market in which they compete, by being creative and innovative in applying best practices from a broad set of industries, and by ensuring that our recommendations are based on a solid set of facts and analytics.  We enjoy helping clients “reach beyond their grasp” and develop and implement strategies that will drive success well into the future.

We feel a sense of pride and accomplishment, as well as deep humility, when our clients ask us to assist them again and again.
